Thaylor J. Grammont, Jr. is a master event planner and producer at the top of his game. He leads the field with over 20 years of operations, logistics, and event management experience. As President and CEO of Washington, DC-based Grammont Worldwide, LLC, Thaylor is rapidly building a global presence in the industry. In high demand among his clients, Thaylor has consistently organized spectacular, esteemed events all over the world. His demonstrated excellence at event and logistic production is due to his dedication to successfully execute every project with fun, excitement, and maximum creativity.

In 2008, following a stellar career in Washington, D.C.’s hospitality industry, Thaylor formed Grammont Worldwide, LLC. The firm employs innovative strategic techniques to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships. Accustomed to fast-paced environments where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs is the norm, Thaylor enjoys challenges and prides himself on his proven work ethic. To satisfy his other passion in life – helping others – he has organized events for several non-profit groups, including the Children Uniting Nations Annual Toy Drive, and The Los Angeles Youth Mentoring Project Symposium. In recent years, Thaylor has produced or provided logics for a wide range of glamorous, high-end events, including: The 2009 SRGC Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C., Washington Auto Show, in Washington, D.C., Oscar Viewing Dinner Gala, in Beverly Hills, California, Elite Gala in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, The Latin Music, Film & Food Festival in Vera Beach, Florida, and the Haiti Reconstruction Job & Trade Show in Washington, D.C. His latest undertaking is producing a series of business and entertainment events in Brazil, and an International Tattoo Expo and Show in Panama City, Panama.

Thaylor Grammont holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from University of District of Columbia and a certificate in Hospitality Event Management from Stratford University. He is also the recipient of numerous industry awards including Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Honors, St. Michael’s Outstanding Service Award, DC Public School Education Youth Award.
