At Grammont World Wide (GWW) we can provide your organization with turn-key registration services – providing logistics for pre-registration and on-site registration.

We will work with your staff to review existing registration procedures and forms. If your event is new we will assist you in establishing procedures and create appropriate forms and computer generated manifests.

Depending on your needs we can establish policies, handle and deposit registration fees, prepare pre-registration and final attendee lists, and provide personnel for advance and on-site registration. We can train both your paid personnel as well as your volunteers. View registration services

At Grammont World Wide (GWW) we can provide your organization with experienced exhibit sales and management personnel.

We will work with your staff to establish exhibit rates, hours, booth traffic incentives, and official policies pertaining to exhibiting. We will inspect exhibit site and review all relevant contracts. We will supervise activities of the decorator including: distribution of service kits to exhibitors, drayage, signage, shipping, exhibit hall installation and dismantlement.

Depending on your needs we can register all exhibit booths and/or table displays and provide total Exhibit Management by monitoring reservation and money received, assign booth space, send confirmations and balance due statements, provide monthly and final accounting, and provide on-site exhibit booth staff report.
